Configuration and Working Range
Six units, each lifting on its own.
The six polishing units can be raised or lowered individually, so a door frame and a carved moulding can run in the same shift without changing tooling.
1300 mm wide, 5–160 mm thick.
Working width 1300 mm and working thickness 5–160 mm cover everything from thin veneered faces to 160 mm frames.
11 discs and 9 vertical rollers.
Disc turning power runs 1.5 kW across 11 discs, vertical roller turn power 1.5 kW × 2 across 9 rollers — the brush layout is what decides whether a carved edge comes out uniform.
5–18 m/min, frequency controlled.
Feed speed is adjustable from 5 to 18 m/min, so the same machine runs fast on flat panels and slow on deep profiles.
